A simple and creamy dressing with a yogurt and sour cream combination flavored with herbs. Quick and easy with a variety of uses.

Yield: Approximately 1 1/2 cups
You will need 3 ingredients:
- Plain Yogurt
- Sour Cream
- Dried Herbs and Spices of Choice

Ingredients:
* plain yogurt 1 cup
* sour cream 1/2 cup
dried herbs and spices of choice 1/2 to 1 tsp (or to taste)
(try one of the following herbs or spices: chili powder, cilantro, cumin, dill, garlic, oregano, parsely, rosemary, tarragon, thyme)
* Quick Tip to Reduce Fat: use low-fat or nonfat yogurt and sour cream
For a Sweet Dressing: Substitute honey, fruit preserves or maple syrup for the herbs

1. In a small mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
2. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Quick Salad Ideas - Salad Dressing Serving Suggestions:
Pasta Salads:
** Toss this simple yogurt dressing with warm linguine noodles, grate some fresh asiago cheese and black pepper over top. Chill salad or serve warm with warm garlic bread or rolls and steamed broccoli and you have a quick pasta salad meal.
Potatoes:
** This yogurt dressing also makes a flavorful baked potato topping. Spoon into a hot baked potato with a little salsa on top.
Creamy Dip Recipe:
** This quick salad dressing can also be served as a dip with potato chips, bagel chips, or vegetable sticks.

** Turn our yogurt dressing into a sweet dressing by substituting fruit preserves, honey or maple syrup for the herbs and making a Quick Fruit Salad by spooning dressing over grapes, apple slices, pineapple chunks and walnut pieces.
