Ingredients:

canned tuna in water – 1 (6oz) can – drained

packaged broccoli slaw – 2 cups washed and patted or spun dry

red onion – 1/2 cup diced

prepared basil pesto – 1/4 cup

walnuts – 1/4 cup chopped

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, broccoli slaw and the onion.

2. In a small bowl, thin the pesto with a little water, or if you prefer, a little lemon juice. Add just enough water/lemon juice to make a pourable dressing for the salad.

3. Add pesto to the tuna salad and toss in the walnuts, mixing well to combine.
