Three Rice Salad Recipe:

A delicious quick salad recipe with a savory rice combination, scallions, roasted red peppers and rich pine nuts. An easy to prepare rice salad and a great meal all by itself.

You will need 6 ingredients:

- Basmati Rice
- Wild Rice
- Brown Rice
- Scallions
- Jarred Roasted Red Peppers
- Pine Nuts



Make Ahead for this Salad:

- Prepare each rice ahead of time and
keep warm

Ingredients:

basmati rice – 1 cup cooked

wild rice – 1 cup cooked

brown rice – 1 cup cooked

scallions – 2 medium size onions diced

jarred roasted red peppers – 1/2 cup roughly chopped

pine nuts – 1 tbsp

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the scallions, peppers and pine nuts.

2. Add the warm rice and drizzle some of the oil from the peppers into the bowl. Toss all ingredients together until well combined.
