- Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil
- Capers
- Jicama
- Sour Cream

Ingredients:
Swiss cheese - 1 1/2 cups cubed Lower the Fat: use low-fat or fat-free Swiss cheese
sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 1/2 cup roughly chopped
capers - 1/4 cup
jicama - 1 cup medium dice
sour cream - 1/2 cup Lower the Fat: use low-fat or fat-free sour cream
fresh dill - 2 to 3 tsp finely chopped or 1/4 tsp dried

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, tomatoes, capers and jicama.
2. In a smaller bowl, combine the sour cream and the dill.
3. Add the sour cream mixture to the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
