The deep flavor of sunflower kernels and sweet tomatoes makes this sunflower tomato salsa
a great party dip and so much more.

Fresh cilantro and crunchy celery bring great taste and texture to this recipe making it an easy choice for a quick dressing that can be used in a variety of ways.

Yield: Approximately 2 1/2 cups




You will need 5 ingredients:

- Tomatoes
- Celery
- Sunflower Kernels
- Fresh Cilantro
- Olive Oil

Ingredients:

tomatoes – 1 cup diced

celery – 2 large stalks diced

sunflower kernels – 1/2 cup

fresh cilantro – 1 tbsp finely chopped

olive oil – to taste salt and pepper – to taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, adjusting the oil and salt and pepper to taste.
