In a bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, butter and 3 tbsp of sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool completely. CREAM CHEESE FILLING: In a bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and the 3/4 cup of sugar. Mix until well combined. Fold in the whipped topping and then spread evenly over the cooled crust. STRAWBERRY TOPPING: In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the frozen strawberries and stir to combine. Place bowl in refrigerator and allow mixture to thicken slightly. Carefully pour the topping over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate at least one hour or until set. Return from Strawberry Pretzel Salad to Fresh Fruit Salad
