A simple four ingredient salad dressing that’s perfect on your favorite spinach salad.

Yield: Approximately 3/4 cup

You will need 4 ingredients:

- Olive Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Prepared Mustard
- Sour Cream

Ingredients:

olive oil – 1/2 cup

red wine vinegar – 1/4 cup

prepared mustard – 1 tsp

sour cream – 1 tbsp

In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.

Spinach Salad:

** Serve this easy salad dressing over a salad of washed and dried spinach leaves with chopped walnuts over the top.
