Ingredients:
brown rice – 4 cups cooked
Quick Tip: use boil-in-the-bag quick cooking brown rice to speed up preparation time.
prepared store bought salsa – 1/2 to 3/4 cup (choose your favorite kind of salsa)
black olives – 1/4 cup roughly chopped
fresh parsley – 1/4 cup finely chopped

In a mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients and stir well to combine.
