Raspberry Salad Dressing


A quick salad dressing with only three ingredients, raspberry vinegar, fruit preserves and mayonnaise. Simple and delicious.

See the quick salad ideas and serving suggestions below, like our spinach salad or fruit parfait. Both are quick, easy and delicious ways to use this raspberry dressing.



Yield: Approximately 1 cup



You will need 3 ingredients:

- Raspberry Vinegar
- Raspberry Fruit Preserves (Choose an All
Natural Brand using only fruit - no added sugar)
- Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

raspberry vinegar – 4 tbsp

raspberry fruit preserves – 4 tbsp
(use an all natural brand with fruit only)

* mayonnaise – 2/3 cup or to desired consistency
(you can also use Greek yogurt or sour cream)


* Reduce the Fat: use low-fat or nonfat mayonnaise

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, adjusting the mayonnaise as desired, until well combined.

Quick Salad Ideas - Salad Dressing Serving Suggestions:

Spinach Salad Dressing:

** This flavorful fruit dressing is perfect on a spinach salad. Simply combine baby spinach leaves with walnut pieces and gorgonzola cheese. Spoon dressing over top.

Fruit Parfait:

** In parfait glasses or tall wine glasses, alternate layers of sliced strawberries, blueberries and mini chocolate chips with the raspberry dressing. It’s a quick and easy dessert and a real crowd pleaser.

Fruit Tart Dessert:

** Make a Mini Fruit Tart: using mini graham cracker tart shells, layer thin slices of bananas, kiwi and strawberries into the tart. Place a dollop of the salad dressing on top.
