Lemony Zing Salsa

You will need 7 ingredients:
- Cucumbers
- Red Onion
- Celery
- Goat Cheese
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Lemon Zest
- Olive Oil

cucumbers – 1/2 cup diced
red onion – 1/2 cup diced
celery – 1 cup diced
fresh goat cheese – 1/2 cup crumbled
lemon juice – 2 tbsp freshly squeezed
lemon zest – 1 tsp
