Greek Pasta Salad Recipe:

This is a richly flavored easy pasta salad. A quick pasta meal served
up with a Greek flair combining salty feta cheese, sweet basil, Kalamata olives and a simple dressing. Fast, easy and delicious.

For some quick and easy meal ideas, use the menu planner below along with the simple ingredient exchanges and additions. You can use this ethnic salad and make a wide variety of quick salads and meals from this single pasta salad recipe.


2-3 servings


You will need 5 ingredients:

- Rotini Pasta
- Feta Cheese
- Fresh Basil
- Kalamata Olives
- Oil and Vinegar Dressing


Make Ahead for this Salad:

- If you prefer, you can cook
the pasta, drain and cool in advance

Ingredients:

rotini pasta – 3 cups cooked according to package directions

feta cheese – 1/2 cup crumbled

fresh basil – 1/2 cup torn into medium sized pieces

kalamata olives – 1/2 cup roughly chopped

olive oil and vinegar dressing – to taste
(choose your favorite all natural store brought brand)

1. Either prepare pasta ahead of time or start preparing according to package directions as you start making the pasta salad.

2. Put the feta, basil and olives in a mixing bowl.

3. When the pasta is cooked and drained, add to the mixing bowl.

4. Add the dressing to desired moistness.

5. Chill pasta salad before serving.
