This fast and fresh fruit salad recipe is perfect for breakfast, a light lunch or even a flavorful dessert.


Honeydew, strawberries, mango and figs combine with the rich flavors and textures of walnuts and blue cheese to make a fruit salad that is fast, simple and delicious.

You will need 6 ingredients:

- Honeydew Melon
- Strawberries
- Mango
- Fresh Figs
- Walnuts
- Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola

Ingredients:


honeydew melon – 1 cup cubed

strawberries – 1 cup cut into chunks

mango – 1 cup cubed

fresh figs – 1/2 cup (quarter each fig)

walnut pieces – 1/4 cup

blue cheese or gorgonzola – 1/4 cup crumbled

In a mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients and toss well to combine.
