Easy Potato Salad
Our easy potato salad has only four ingredients. Combining potatoes wth eggs,
mayonnaise and dill to create the best potato salad in just minutes. Its quick and flavorful and always a crowd pleaser.
This easy potato salad is great served at picnics or backyard barbecues and is a great cold potato salad any time.

- Potatoes - Eggs - Mayonnaise - Fresh Dill
Make Ahead for this Salad:
- Boil 3 medium potatoes until tender, cool and cut into bite size pieces - Hard boil 2 eggs, cool and cut into pieces

Ingredients:
potatoes 3 medium sized potatoes (boil potatoes until tender, drain, cool and cut into medium sized pieces)
hard cooked eggs (2) cut into medium sized pieces
all natural mayonnaise 1/2 cup or to desired moistness
fresh dill 1 tbsp finely chopped

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss to combine completely.
2. Refrigerate salad until chilled before serving.
