Crunchy Tuna Salad Recipe

Our crunchy tuna salad recipe is sweet and full flavored. Ready in minutes with easy preparation and the great tastes of tuna, apples and almonds with a simple citrus dressing.

You will need 6 ingredients:

- Canned Tuna
- Apples
- Sliced Almonds
- Fresh Cilantro
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil

Ingredients:

canned tuna in water – 2 (6oz) cans – drained

apples – 1 cup diced
(red delicious, gala or granny smith work well)

sliced almonds – 1/2 cup

fresh cilantro – 1 tbsp – finely chopped

fresh squeezed lemon juice – 2 tbsp

olive oil – 1 tbsp

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, apples, almonds and cilantro.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and oil until well combined.

3. Add dressing to the tuna salad and toss well.

** Serve this easy tuna salad scooped into radicchio or lettuce leaves with cooked cubed potatoes tossed with lemon juice and parmesan cheese on the side.
