Crab Salad Recipe:


This simple crab salad recipe is easy to prepare using only four ingredients.


The sweetness of the crabmeat is complemented by the peppery flavor and crispness of watercress to give this salad its own unique flavor with just a few ingredients.

You will need 4 ingredients:

- Cooked Crabmeat
- Bottled Salad Dressing (your choice)
- Bottled Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- Watercress



Make Ahead for this Salad:

- If you are cooking your own crabmeat,
you will need to prepare 2 cups
and allow to cool

Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked crabmeat
(flaked or lump - broken into pieces)

**3 - 4 tbsp of dressing of your choice
(Italian, French, or Caesar are good choices)

1 jar (7.5 oz) marinated artichoke hearts
(drained and cut into small chunks)

2 cups fresh watercress - washed and chopped

** A couple of other dressing options you might like to try that are filled with flavor and perfect for this crab salad are our lemony zing salsa or, for a creamier dressing, our simple lemon salad dressing. Both are quick to make and delicious.

1. Break the crabmeat into pieces and marinate in a bowl with the salad dressing for one hour.

2. After one hour, add all the other ingredients and toss seafood salad well to coat.

Light Meal Ideas (suitable for lunch or a light dinner):

** Serve this quick crab salad recipe on top of romaine lettuce with a side of roasted vegetables.

** This easy seafood salad can also be scooped into an avocado half along with rye toast with melted cheese on top for a quick and flavorful meal.

** Another great way to serve this quick salad is to layer our simple crab salad in parfait glasses alternating between layers of peeled orange segments and the crab salad.
