Citrus Salad Dressing:


An easy to make quick salad dressing filled with great citrus flavors. Lemon juice and pineapple juice blended with oil and honey for a simple and delicious salad dressing recipe.

The easy serving suggestions below will give you some quick ideas for using this fruit salad dressing.



Yield: Approximately 1/2 cup




You will need 4 ingredients:

- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Pineapple Juice
- Olive Oil
- Honey

Ingredients:

fresh squeezed lemon juice – 3 tbsp

pineapple juice – 3 tbsp

olive oil – 3 tbsp

honey – 1 tbsp

In a small bowl or jar with tight fitting lid, whisk or shake all ingredients until completely combined.

Add salt and pepper, if desired, to taste.

Quick Salad Ideas - Salad Dressing Serving Suggestions:

Simple Salad:

** Serve this quick salad dressing over a simple salad. Combine assorted salad greens, chopped walnuts and shaved parmesan cheese then toss with this quick dressing.

Quick Seafood Salad:

** This dressing recipe is perfect for a seafood salad. Combine avocado chunks, cooked cold shrimp, pineapple chunks and sliced almonds with enough dressing to coat all the ingredients. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

Easy Coleslaw:

** Make a tropical style coleslaw by combining this dressing with packaged coleslaw mix and chopped orange and red bell peppers. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or two before serving.
