Make Ahead for this Salad:
- If cooking your own chicken, prepare as desired, cool and cut 3 cups into cubes
- If using frozen snow peas, thaw and drain

Ingredients:
grilled or smoked chicken 3 cups cubed
fresh mung bean sprouts 1 cup (be sure to rinse before using)
snow peas (fresh or frozen and thawed) 1 cup
fresh cilantro 1/2 cup chopped
fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp
soy sauce or tamari 1 tbsp
toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp
