Caper Lime Lobster Salad Recipe:

A quick salad recipe that's filled with flavor. Sweet lobster mingling with
salty capers and zesty lime juice creates this easy and delicious lobster salad recipe. Using only a few ingredients, it’s a quick, light and refreshing seafood salad.

Use the simple menu planner and ingredient exchanges below to create many quick meals from this caper lime lobster salad recipe.

You will need 5 ingredients:

- Lobster Meat
- Hearts of Palm
- Capers
- Dried Tarragon
- Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice


Make Ahead for this Salad:
- If preparing your own lobster meat,
cook as desired and cube 4 cups

Ingredients:

lobster – 4 cups cubed cooked lobster meat

hearts of palm(canned or jarred) – 1 cup cut into 1/2" slices

capers – 1/4 cup

dried tarragon – 1/4 tsp (or to taste)

fresh squeezed lime juice – to taste

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster, hearts of palm and capers.

2. Measure out the tarragon and crush in the palm of your hand to release the flavor and add to the bowl.

3. Starting with half of the lime, squeeze the juice over the salad and toss. Taste for flavor and add more seasoning and lime juice if desired.

4. Allow the lobster salad to marinate in the refrigerator for about and hour or so before serving.
