This simple Caesar salad dressing recipe is very flavorful and ready quickly.
A blending of oil and lemon juice with garlic, Worcestershire sauce and anchovies create this terrific salad dressing recipe that will bring rich flavor to even the simplest of salads.

You will need 5 ingredients:
- Olive Oil - Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice - Fresh Garlic - Worcestershire Sauce - Anchovies

Ingredients:
olive oil – 1/2 cup
fresh squeezed lemon juice – 1/4 cup
fresh garlic – 1 clove crushed
worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
anchovies – 2 to 3 diced finely

1. Place all the salad dressing ingredients into a small mixing bowl or glass jar with lid. Whisk or shake thoroughly until well combined.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Special Note: Because of the Worcestershire sauce and the anchovies, this salad dressing is already very salty so add salt carefully, if at all.
