Yield: Approximately 5 cups
You will need 4 ingredients:
- Canned Black Beans
- Corn Kernels (frozen) (thaw and drain ahead of time)
- Bottled Salsa of Choice
- Avocado

Ingredients:
canned black beans – 1 (15 oz can) (rinse and drain beans before using)
frozen corn kernels – 1 cup (thaw and drain ahead of time)
bottled salsa – 1 cup (choose your favorite brand)
avocado – (1) medium (cut in half, remove stone and dice)__________________________________________________________
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
