You will need 5 ingredients:
- Crabmeat (packaged crabmeat or imitation crabmeat)
- Snow Peas
- Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- Lemon Zest
- Italian Seasoning

Ingredients:
crabmeat 2 cups cooked (use packaged crabmeat and cook if needed or use packaged imitation crabmeat and separate into pieces)
snow peas 1/2 cup left whole (if peas are on the large size cut each one in half)
marinated artichoke hearts in a jar 3/4 cup (drained and roughly chopped)
lemon zest as desired (start with 1/4 tsp)
Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss well.
2. If mixture seems too dry, add a little of the oil from the artichoke hearts to the crab salad.
3. Taste for seasoning and adjust as desired.
4. Allow salad to marinate for an hour before serving.
